چکیده
Bu çalışmada, kimya öğretim programlarının tarihi gelişimine değinilerek Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı Talim ve Terbiye Kurulu tarafından 2018 yılında kabul edilen dersi programı esas alınarak Teftiş Kurulunca hazırlanan makam oluruna dayalı (mucipli) öğretmen ders denetim rehberi çerçevesinde usul esasları incelenmiştir. Makam öğretmenin denetiminin yapılabilmesi için hakkında makamdan olur alınmış olması gereklidir. oluru içeriğine bağlı olarak “ders denetimi”, denetimi, inceleme gerektiğinde soruşturma yapılması” veya konuyla ilgili itham başka kişilerinde bulunması halinde varsa sorumluluğu görülenler işlemleri gerçekleştirilir. Öğretmen denetimlerinde yürürlükte olan program esaslarına kalınmaktadır. Öğretim programları geliştirme çalışmaları dinamik bir süreç olduğundan zaman içerisinde programlar günün şartlarına göre yeniden değerlendirilerek iyileştirme yapılmaktadır.
